Top 10 Architectural Firm operating in multiple sectors in the UK and international is seeking to appoint Architectural Assistants, Visualisers and technicians to join an office of 30+ staff.
Current Projects:
+ Large office developments, Birmingham and Bristol
+ Leisure development, Bristol
+ Large mixed-use development, Midlands
+ Quality residential development, Worcestershire
+ General Master Planning
+ Education, new large Secondary School
+ Education, new Primary School
+ Landmark residential and commercial projects internationally
Additional bonuses include:
+ 37 hours to be worked per week (flexible hours)
+ 20 days per holiday annum + bank holidays + 3 days over Christmas.
+ Bonus: Annual bonuses based on office/individual performance.
+ Lots of social events.
Technicians: Fluent in AutoCAD and/or REVIT to work on RIBA Stages E/F/G Salary to £40k
Architectural Assistants (Part I-Part II): Looking for creative people with knowledge of SketchUp £18-£25k initially
Visualiser: Fluent in 3d Studio Max Sketch Up and AutoCAD. Experience and knowledge of Photoshop, In Design and PowerPoint an advantage. Salary circa £18-25K or based on experience
