Partner / Director level

Minimum salary - £85,000
Maximum salary - £120,000

Average salary - £105,000

Benefits: Usual benefits package is as comprehensive as Partner / Director level but at lower amounts.

Senior Delay Analyst / Forensic Planner

Minimum salary - £50,000
Maximum salary - £100,000

Average salary - £78,500

Benefits: These are usually based around an annual bonus, contributory pension and car allowance but some employers offer profit share, health care, gym membership, sponsored education and travel allowance.

Contract rates: Gold has not seen much interest in contracted Senior Delay Analysts but the average rate in our experience is between £40 and £50 per hour.

Maximum salary - £55,000

Average salary - £45,000

Benefits: Usually similar to the senior package but at lower amounts.

Contract rates: Gold has not seen any interest in contracted Delay Analysts or Forensic Planners.

Contract rates: Gold has not seen much interest in contracted Senior Claims Consultants but the average rate in our experience is between £50 and £70 per hour.

Overseas: Gold has had some interaction with overseas Senior Claims Consultant roles and the average salary is distinctly higher than that in the UK, primarily due to tax conditions. The average salary advertised by us is £121,000.
