Given the nature of the majority of the markets in which we operate, contract working is a very important part of our business and we are highly experienced in sourcing and managing the provision of contract staff.

For example, if the right opportunity is presented to someone currently in a permanent position, a medium or longer term contract could still be appealing.
We are also able to advise on the latest trends in both the contract and permanent recruitment markets, which includes such things as guiding both clients and candidates through the recent legislation regarding Managed Service Companies which has had an impact on the contract market, although it has not directly reduced the pool of contract staff.
