Terms & Conditions
The Gold Group “Recommend a friend” scheme offers a payment of £200 or a donation to charity of £200
for the introduction of a candidate which Gold Group then successfully places.
The scheme does not include candidates already registered with Gold Group (or that Gold Group has
been in contact with during the last 2 years).
If the same candidate is introduced by more than one person, only the first recommendation received will
qualify for payment.
The placement must be made within 6 months of the date of the recommendation.
Once placed, the candidate must continue in employment for 12 weeks, at which point the fee becomes
payable.

Gold Group retains the right to change the conditions of the scheme or to cancel it without notice.
