The company sets out to provide its customers with a high quality recruitment service such that they will continue to regard Gold Group as their recruitment supplier of choice with whom they will not hesitate to continue a business relationship.
 
This policy is achieved through meeting the requirements of the Management System described in this manual which in turn ensures compliance with the ISO 9001:2008 Standard, as well as any relevant statutory and regulatory requirements. Continuous improvement of the business is facilitated partly through measuring the levels of service delivered to our customers and then acting upon these results to ensure any perceived shortcomings are rectified, as well as through the setting of quality objectives as and when opportunities for further improvements are identified.

To this end, the quality management system is reviewed at appropriate intervals and enhanced wherever possible based on both internal measures and input from stakeholders.

Quality Environmental Statement

Gold Group is committed to carrying out its business operations in a manner that minimises any harmful impacts on the environment whilst making the most efficient use of natural resources. Its business operations are continually reviewed to ensure that they result in minimal impacts on the environment through prevention of pollution. In setting its own environmental emission objectives and targets via its management system the company ensures that all generated waste and its consumption of natural resources are closely controlled and reviewed so as to ensure that it continues to improve its environmental performance wherever there is the potential to do so, and as such the company will:

• Adopt environmental best practices throughout it operation
• Use materials from sustainable resources wherever practicable
• Minimise waste and use recycling schemes wherever appropriate
• Encourage staff to be pro-active in environmental management

The company is committed to meeting all relevant legislation relating to the environment as well as any other statutory requirements relating to its business. This policy is communicated to an external audience via the company web site as well as to any other personnel who may work with or on behalf of the company.

This policy is achieved through the implementation and continuous development of an Environmental Management System that meets the requirements of the international Standard ISO 14001:2004.
