For this reason, we place huge emphasis on knowledge and expertise, which is very much valued by our clients and candidates.

It is important to point out that we place absolutely equal emphasis on looking after both clients and candidates. Yes, the clients pay our commission, but neither party would thank us for trying to favour one side over the other in what becomes an unhappy marriage. Motivated and well rewarded employees are the life blood of any successful company.

The way we operate is also fundamentally influenced by a commitment to long rather than short term relationships. This not only makes sound business sense as it generates such a high level of repeat business from both clients and candidates, but it is also the way we want to work. There is no pleasure in making short term decisions with longer term repercussions. The fact that we are 100% privately owned is key to ensuring that we can take a proper, long term view of the business.
