Our client; a young, vibrant and growth-driven Fit-Out Contractor, have a requirement for a Project Manager to help them grow to their next, self-targeted, level.
The Role
With a background firmly rooted in the Restaurant and Leisure Sectors, our client is looking for an accomplished Project Manager to –
• Plan, manage and deliver on-going projects country-wide
• Develop new revenue streams
• Motivate and develop the operations team
• Be an integral part of the future of the company
The Company
Our client was born from a team who worked together and realised that they could take Restaurant Fit-Out to a new, very exacting, Gold Standard. With its own manufacturing facility in West Sussex, in the two years since they formed they have been retained by a number of well-known Restaurant chains and Holiday/Leisure companies to provide on-going fit-out services. Providing innovative solutions and working in a strict, structured and well-planned manner, they are winning new business and are developing the company into the Fit-Out Contractor of choice in the Restaurant and Leisure sector.
The Candidate
As well as someone who is looking for future progression, candidates must have previous proven experience in fast-paced fit-out projects and refurbishment projects, who is willing to travel and be able to demonstrate a high level of Planning, Management and Delivery experience. The successful candidate will also be bright, enthusiastic and committed with excellent communication skills who can utilise the contacts they have developed during an accomplished career in the sector to carve out new revenue streams.
The Salary
The salary is negotiable, dependant on experience and skill-set. Bonuses, a car and other benefits are available to the right candidate.
