The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors is the leading source of land, property, construction and related environmental knowledge. It supports 130,000 members worldwide, promotes best practice, represents consumers’ interests and provides impartial advice to society, businesses, governments and global organisations.
RICS is a non-profit making organisation, originally formed by Royal Charter, which provides its members with a wealth of practical assistance, information, training and logistical back up. It has developed four different routes to enable professional advisors in land, property and construction to gain full RICS status – each offering an internationally recognised professional qualification
