Our client, a leading global developer & manufacturer of life enhancing medical devices & technology has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Healthcare Services Coordinator to join the Corporate Healthcare team. They are located on the Sussex / Surrey border.

The Senior Healthcare Coordinator will be a hardworking, positive, enthusiastic & focused individual with excellent communication skills, able to demonstrate the ability to form lasting customer relationships with both internal & external customers. You must have excellent IT skills with experience of Microsoft Excel being essential. Previous experience of Web Tender or similar software would be an advantage.

We are looking for someone who has a passion to win, a self starter with a sense of urgency to achieve results, competitive & works hard to exceed sales targets. Persistent even after setbacks & learns from mistakes.

The Senior Healthcare Services Coordinator duties include (but not limited to)

Ensure correct use of Web Tender database
Collate, update & store relevant documentation, certificates, templates etc
Checking OJEU & Tracker UK / My Tenders & E Tenders EIRE / E Sourcing NI, for Tender opportunities
Collating of item codes, descriptions, pricing & questions for all Tenders in progress, order / send samples as required, arrange conf call with SM
Liaison with QA / RA for Tender question responses
Completion of PQQ’s
Monitoring / reporting of contract compliance
Update all pricing information, ensuring accuracy of price and end date (Contracts / Quotes / List Price) & Contract Awards
Keeping customers advised of discontinued / replacement products and offering alternatives where possible
Advise all hospitals in Trust of Contract Award (item codes, descriptions, price & validity dates), send Award analysis to Sales Manager
Customer meetings, relationship building
Courtesy call to customer / sales rep 6 months prior to Contract expiry – follow up with letter / email, until conclusion
Check if we have received Tender documents / PQQ for all OJEU interests submitted within 4 week period - if not follow up with Trust / Hub
Process Quotes / Special Pricing
Complete customer requests for pricing catalogues / Multi Quote requests
Review / chase pending tenders, action as necessary
Check Tenders email inbox regularly throughout day
Action current Contract extensions (extend pricing validity)
Action pricing queries (Credit Control, Customer Services, Sales Force)
Maintaining Quote form (% discount / New Products etc)
Annual List Price review
Annual Special Price / Quote review
Queries relating to Sales on BI
Support Strategic Account Managers
Process customer rebates
