1st Line Support Engineer
1st Line Support Engineer required by a successful Managed Service Provider in the Knutsford area, supporting client's IT requirements throughout the UK. As the 1st Line Support Engineer, you will provide technical support to a wide and varied client base via telephone and email, whilst maintaining a high level of communication and customer services at all times.
The successful 1st Line Support Engineer will be able to demonstrate basic IT administration and stock management experience. If you have experience of working within managed service environment that would be a plus. Some of the main duties of the 1st line Support Engineer will include:
- Provide a great first impression on incoming calls
- Support with any technical queries
- Scheduling service board tickets
- Configuration of basic hardware including PC's and Laptops
- Basic IT administration and stock management
- 1st line service requests
