2nd/3rd Line IT Support needed for a leading Defence organisation based in Helensburgh who are looking to employ an experienced 2nd/3rd Line IT Support

What the role entails:

As the 2nd/3rd Line IT Support working within the IT Operations team you will be the first point of contact for any incidents that need to be escalated from the Service Desk. You will also be responsible for day to day maintenance of the IT systems that support the delivery of our contract.

What you need to be the successful 2nd/3rd Line IT Support:

In order to be the successful 2nd/3rd Line IT and have a chance to gain such an exciting opportunity you will ideally need to have experience in the following technologies:

  • Active Directory
  • McAfee Malware Protection
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • VMWare
  • Windows Server
  • Networking devices (firewalls, Switches and Routers)
  • SAN Storage
  • Patch Management (Ivanti desirable)
  • Vulnerability Scanning (Nessus desirable)
