3rd Line Support Engineer
3rd Line Support Engineer required for a small MSP based in Leeds. The 3rd Line Support Engineer will be well versed in technology with an in-depth knowledge of third line support including Office 365, Windows Servers, Azure, firewall and Active Directory. If you have experience in VLAN, Firewalls and Routers that would be a real bonus.
The successful 3rd Line Support Engineer should have a genuine interest in IT, have worked in an MSP environment previously. and be educated to degree level or equivalent in Computer Science or Computing. You will be rewarded with a competitive salary, full training support and career progression.
The typical responsibilities of a 3rd Line Support Engineer are:
- Support of disaster recovery solutions
- Fast turnaround of customer requests
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
- Provide in-depth support with MS Office, Office 365, Windows Servers
The 3rd Line Support Engineer should have the following experience:
- Degree educated in a relevant subject such as computer science
- Office 365, Active Directory
- Microsoft Azure, Firewalls, Microsoft Servers
- Worked within an agile team environment
