Account Manager needed for an exciting opportunity on behalf of my client, a leading utilities and civil engineering company.

Purpose of the Account Manager:

The Account Manager is responsible for exploring new opportunities within the housing sector and manage relationships with existing accounts and offer multi utility solution the northern developers.


Some of the main duties the Account Manager will include:

* Identify and establish contact with key decision makers
* Build long term relationships with new and existing clients
* Ability to identify specific client need and communicate them to design team
* Keep and update records
* Forward forecast of sale performance
* Provide budgetary and technical advice when required

What you need to be the successful Account Manager:

* Be performance driven and be capable to deliver a plan to achieve set targets and objectives
* Proven experience in Business to business sales
* Demonstrate minimum 2 years' previous experience in Construction industry
* Resourceful and have the ability to work under pressure
* Excellent written and communicational skills and the ability to negotiate at a senior level
* Able to meet targets
* Be capable of preparing and delivering presentations
* IT Literacy and good administration skills are essential for this role
