Account Manager
Account Manager needed for a well-known multinational utility organisation based in Liverpool but that also have a with a 'hybrid' flexibility for all locations across the UK. The Account Manager will be adept at coordinating all resources and stakeholders to deliver a high level of service to clients with maximum efficiency and in a safe, sustainable and collaborative manner.
The successful Account Manager will ideally come from a technical background and hold previous Contract Management experience. If you have commercial experience in using a CAFM system would be a plus!

Some of the main duties of the Account Manager will include:
- To manage the client service delivery over a number of locations, ensuring all available resources work in a collaborative manner
- To be accountable for the financial performance of the contract
- To deliver training and corporate briefings
- Drive successful contract negotiations and business improvement initiatives
- To regularly meet with the client to further understand their organisation and requirements
What experience you need to be the successful Account Manager:
- Technical background Essential
- Previous Contract Management experience
- Team working experience
- Must have the balanced ability to think clearly in extreme circumstances
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook
- Experience of using a CAFM system
- Good experience and track record in working in Facilities Management
- Good knowledge of building services and legislation
- Professional qualifications and background
