Gold Group Recruitment in East Grinstead has an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager / Recruitment Consultant to work within our Client Solutions team to run and manage a warm desk of large clients within the Utilities & Infrastructure sector. Recruitment experience is required either as a Consultant or a Resourcer looking to progress their career.
THE ROLE
- Build relationships with existing clients
- Expand the potential of New Business within these organisations
- Identify new opportunities internally and externally
- Build a strong database of connections
- Manage the full recruitment process with both candidates and clients
- Deliver regular updates to the senior management board on a quarterly basis
- Work with and alongside peers to upskill and share industry knowledge
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates may possess the following skills. We're open to a wide variety of backgrounds and skill sets which may fulfil the requirements in a similar way.
- 1+ years' experience within a variety of recruitment/sales roles, ideal for someone looking to take their skill set to the next level and manage their own workload
- Detail oriented and process driven with strong follow- through
- Strong analytical skills and numerical dexterity
- Confident phone manor and willing to go the extra 2%
- Experience working in a busy fast paced environment
- Proactive and dynamic interpersonal style, able to act between different departments in a diplomatic, non-confrontational manner and understand how to balance their different approaches and needs
