Client Account Manager - IT Services
The Account Manager is responsible for nurturing client relationships within their territory and achieving a monthly and quarterly sales target to assist the sales department in achieving theirs. This position must farm active clients to up-sell products and services by developing a thorough understanding of their business and technology needs.
I am looking for someone with:

* Skill in preparing written communications and materials

* Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate data entry
* Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
* Team player with a positive team-based attitude
* Goal orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve goals
Role Responsibilities:
* Work with active clients to develop an understanding of their business and IT requirements to support the direction of that business
* Communicate these requirements to all stakeholders. Converting them into profitable transactions for the company, and ensuring the relationship with the client is retained
* Cross-selling and up-selling services and solutions to existing accounts
* Qualify new sales opportunities for current clients and process as per company system requirements
* Receive requests for service and product details from clients and provide timely responses
* Conduct onsite or online presentations that showcase the services and products of the company to active clients
