Account Manager

Account Manager required to join a team working for a growing FinTech company in London who are searching for an Account Manager to join a sociable team of 6 who are responsible for managing client expectations, working closely with clients to make configuration altercations / technical changes to their requirements, regularly attend expos / conferences and other networking opportunities, attend client meetings, set agendas, manage SLA's, take strong meeting minutes and effectively negotiate the clients wishes through internal process, and generally build and develop strong relationships with clients.

This Account Manager role is NOT an out and out sales position and the real method of sales within this role is to build a strong and stable relationship with clients allowing this reputation to develop further business. The successful Account Manager will secure a brilliant opportunity with my client and will be offered a range of benefits including:

The Account Manager will be responsible for:

  • Service Level Agreements (SLA's)
  • Setting Agendas
  • Managing Client Meetings
  • Taking effective Meeting Minutes
  • Maintaining strong client relationships
  • Configuring Client systems
  • Making Technical Alterations to client systems
  • Regularly attending Conventions and Expos
  • Regularly Networking with other team members, clients, and potential clients

The Account Manager will be joining an award winning and growing FinTech organisation who are growing rapidly and already have offices around the globe. The client is keen to secure staff who have a passion for Financial Technology companies or are interested by the Financial, Payments, or Technology sectors. An Account Manager with any of the following experience be a strong candidate for the position:

  • 2 Years experience within Client Management / Relationship Management / Account Management
  • Financial Industry / FinTech Industry experience (or knowledge)
  • Service Level Agreements
  • Setting / Managing Agendas
  • Setting / Attending Client Meetings
  • Taking Meeting Minutes
  • Using Meeting Minutes to reiterate Client Requirements
