I am currently looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant on behalf of my major civils client.
- Sales Ledger
- Purchase Ledger
- Credit Control
- Bank Reconciliation - Check purchase invoices against purchase orders / goods received, process monthly credit card statements
- Enter purchases onto SAP
- Employee expense claims - verify and pay
- Ensure VAT on purchases and expenses are recorded
- CIS records and payments
- General Office Administration and record keeping
You should be flexible in your role as you may be required to support other teams within the busy accounts department.
