Administration Assistant

Administration Assistant required by a London based property company to sit within their North West London team to provide consistent and good quality general office support.

The successful Administration Assistant must have previous property experience, have a confident telephone manner and a strong focus of providing a high level of service.

Your responsibilities as Administration Assistant will include:

  • Answering telephones and dealing with the public (tenant's, utility companies, estate agents, local Councils)
  • Taking care of property key system
  • Typing letters, efficiently and accurately. Emailing, filing and photocopying
  • Database management, filing system management
  • Dealing with queries on the phone and data entry
  • Providing back up and support to Property Managers as and when required.

Interviews will commence over the next week and are looking for the Administration Assistant to start in the New Year.
