Administrator needed for an exciting opportunity on behalf of my client, a leading maintainer and supplier of equipment to commerical properties. Must be able to drive and hold a valid driving license.
Purpose of the role:
The administrator is responsible for handling Purchasing tasks on a daily basis.

Some of the main duties of the Administrator will include:
- Handling Purchasing tasks on a daily basis
- Covering HR, Legal, Fleet, Marketing, General Administration and Facilities
- Ordering parts
- Organising returns
- Stock checks
- Liaising with the Service Team
To be the successful Administrator, you must:
- Good writing skills
- Clear communication
- Good telephone manner
- Knowledge of Microsoft / Excel / Outlook
- Willing to learn new skills / be a quick learner
