We are recruiting for an Administrator to be based in West Byfleet. This is a permanent role, working full-time hours per week either between 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm. On offer is a competitive salary depending on skills and experience with a benefits package.
Main Purpose of the role:
This role involves day to day admin support for all the VIVO contract. The contracts will see VIVO provide asset and facilities management services for the UK Defence built estate and also repairs and maintenance work for service family accommodation.
Your role is to support the contract management team with all administrative tasks detailed below.
Key responsibilities:
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word and excel.
- Respond to emails as appropriate in group mailboxes
- Responsible for collation and submission of HR documentation
- Responsible for submission and tracking of security clearance documentation
- Booking relevant training courses for staff and operatives
- Collation of training records
- Record keeping of H&S training records and requirements
- Logging and tracking of Operatives IT request.
- Management of annual leave records
- Accurate record keeping of Sickness and Absence
- Maintain confidentiality of private and confidential information
- Provide copying/printing and scanning services

Who are we looking for?
- Strong admin experience
- Preferably admin experience in housing sector
- Familiar with all Microsoft software and computer literacy
- Confident, organised and self-motivated
- Able to work with a diverse range of people
- Demonstrates eye for detail and commitment to delivering excellent standards
- Professional attitude and approach to work
- Driving license preferred
