Administrator needed for a nationwide construction and highways organisation based in Glasgow who are looking to employ an experienced Administrator with a background in construction, utilities, highways or a similar field.
What the role entails:
Some of the main duties of the Administrator will include:
* Answering of phone
* Data entry
* Checking and organising of PPE and equipment for operatives
* Checking if operatives certificates and qualifications are in date and organising any training etc needed
* Managing of the system
What you need to be the successful Administrator:
In order to be the successful Administrator and have a chance to gain such an exciting opportunity you will ideally need to have the following:
* IT proficiency
* Experience of working in a construction, utilities, civil engineering or highways company. (or a similar industry)
