Position Overview: Administrator

As an Administrator at a Global Risks company, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining specialised electronic mailboxes and providing essential support through efficient administration. Collaborating closely with internal contacts, you will contribute to the smooth functioning of our teams, all while receiving guided training to enhance your proficiency. What the role entails:

Some of the main duties of the Administrator will include:

  • Data Handling: Manage, organise, and appropriately respond to incoming emails within departmental electronic mailboxes. As well as, initiate information requests from potential and existing counterparties as required.
  • Service Delivery: Foster relationships with key internal stakeholders, contributing to seamless coordination and assist team members to ensure consistent service delivery and operational excellence.
  • Management Information: Conduct due diligence checks on potential and current counterparties, as well as review existing relationships, Generate and circulate targeted reports across the organization, monitoring their timely completion, efficiently file records from investigations in compliance with established filing protocols, review the contents of specific internal monthly reports and facilitate their distribution and prepare documents for dispatch to both internal and external sources.

What knowledge/ skills/ experience you need to be the successful Administrator:

  • Entry-level position requiring adherence to documented processes and procedures.
  • Proficiency in performing checks, documentation production, data entry, and basic management information compilation.
  • Analytical skills to identify essential information and trends.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Developing familiarity with Global XB - Total Objects.
