Office Administrator required for a temporary contract (6 months plus) for well respected property company working from excellent offices in Kingshill, Kent. The Administrator should have previous experience working in office administration roles and present a professional appearance and attitude in tune with the company policy .

The features and benifits of the Administrator position

Rate of pay: £9.75 to £12 per hour depending on experience
6 months work with real posibility of extension if successful in the role
Parking available on site
Working hours Monday to Friday 9.00am to 17.30pm

Some of the main duties of the Administrator will include:

Using database and standard Microsoft office software

Assisting with with multiple functions of the business ; Sales, Marketing

Ordering of environmental searches

Using online ordering platform
