Administrator - Traffic Division

Administrator - Traffic Division needed for a leading traffic management firm based in Crayford who are looking to employ an experienced Administrator - Traffic Division to act as an initial point of contact and provider of administrative support for the client's traffic division based at the client's regional depots.

What the role entails:
Some of the main duties of the Administrator - Traffic Division will include:
* Maintain an excellent level of customer service
* Receive and action any and all site requests for equipment to aid with traffic management
* Make certain requirements are clearly set out and required considerations has been taken to obtain the optimum value for the client
* Enter data pertaining to hire orders onto the client ERP system
* Process hire and off-hire traffic management requests per site and any necessary paperwork that may need completing
* General administrative duties including but not limited to scanning in documentation, ensuring compliance with traffic management systems and proactivity with developing new systems to assist
* Liaise with external suppliers on service provision and amend records as required
* Aid with sign development

What you need to be the successful Administrator - Traffic Division:
In order to be the successful Administrator - Traffic Division and have a chance to gain such an exciting opportunity you will ideally need to have the following:
