Application Support Analyst / Test Analyst
The Application Support and Testing Analyst will act as an integral part of the internal applications team, supporting users with day to day issues and testing new software releases.
The Application Support and Testing Analyst will:
- Support end users and business with processes driven by the company's core IT systems
- Solve complex technical issues, identifying system defects and potential enhancements
- Manage the testing of the new system releases and functionality
- Demonstrate a methodical approach, systematically identifying issues, root causes and trends
- Support in identifying process improvement opportunities increasing efficiency and delivery of value to customers
- Have hands on experience of IT/Applications support
- Have experience of software testing - Functional, Regression, Integration and Load
- Be able to prioritise work on issues independently
- Working knowledge of Agile Methodologies
- Working knowledge of APIs advantageous
- Working knowledge of Test Automation advantageous
- Able to articulate technical problems/solutions to technical and non-technical audiences
