Application Support Analyst

Application Support Analyst needed for a leading organisation based in Bracknell, who are looking to employ an Application Support Analyst with a good knowledge of Application Support, 1st & 2nd line customer support, SQL, and C#

Some of the main duties of the Application Support Analyst will include:
* Providing 1st and 2nd line support
* Liaising with customer to understand requirements and how best to apply solutions
* Supporting project implementations from initial customer training through to support
* User Training
* Configuring solutions to best model customer environments
* Specifying, developing and testing interfaces to 3rd party systems
* Testing of new releases
In order to be the successful Application Support Analyst and have a chance to gain such an exciting opportunity you will ideally need to have the following:
* Strong problem solving skills
* Knowledge of SQL
* Experience in C# or other .Net technologies
* A strong interest in IT and computer technology
* A good academic record preferably including a degree in a technical subject
