Assistant Site Manager position to work within an internal fit-out team on a refurbishment project looking after the fit-out process from party walls through to handover. The Assistant Site Manager will be responsible for managing subcontractors in line with Scope of Works and provide feedback for future projects. You will be required to assist with the schedule and requisition of materials and plant and the schedule and call off of deliveries. Ensure drawing specification and contract documents are adhered to, and the highest standards of quality and workmanship are maintained. The Assistant Site Manager will implement and monitor QA procedures for works under your responsibility.
