Associate Director (Quantum/Quantity Surveyor)
Central London
£100,000 to £130,000 + package + bonus
An exciting opportunity has arisen for Quantity Surveyor to join a busy and growing construction claims & dispute consultancy as am Associate Director in Central London.
The successful Associate Director will be working closely alongside the Managing Director and supporting him with the growth of the business and the development of a small but growing team of consultants at various stages of their careers. You'll be working with a variety of different clients including main contractors, specialist sub contractors and end users and providing a number of professional services including Quantum Analysis, Advocacy Services and Party Representative duties, Contract & Procurement Advisory Services, Claims & Dispute Management, Project Evaluation, Commercial Advisory Services and offering External Training. A key part of the Associate Directors role will also include developing existing clients to secure more work as well as securing new work from new/cold clients.
The Associate Director will be given an opportunity to help grow an established business which in turn will offer fantastic earning potential and long term career development. You'll be working with a mixture of different clients, supporting a friendly and growing team and offered a competitive starting salary that includes:
- Starting salary of £100,000 to £130,000 per annum

Associate Directors considering this position will need to have come from a consultancy background with previous claims and dispute experience. You'll need to be chartered with a professional body, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be willing to work in London on a regular basis.
