Associate level Investment Analyst, London
Negotiable Salary expected to be in the region of £55,000 - £70,000 + Discretionary Bonus
London based residential property lending platform are currently expanding and growing their loan book as well as their team. We are currently looking to attract an Analyst who will be part of their journey of growing their book form circa £250m to circa £500m.
With large growth plans they are positioned to offer an Analyst scope to grow and move up within the business. We are keen to speak with individuals with the following profile:
- Strong academic background within a relevant field
- Property investment experience
- Ideally prior experience of working on residential strategies
- Confident modeling in Excel
- Confident putting together investor presentations using Powerpoint
The overall remit will involve and focus on analysing and regularly reviewing the loan book, attending investor meetings, and working closely with a team of originators whilst playing an integral part in the next stage of the firms growth.
On offer will be a competitive salary and bonus structure, based in a Central London location, working within a team of like-minded professionals.
