A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Associate Quantity Surveyor with PQS experience to join an established and steadily growing building consultancy working across Sussex, Hampshire, Kent and London.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor will be joining an experienced and passionate team that delivers a range of commercial services to both private & public sector clients across the region. The business is proud of it's ability to build long lasting, strong relationships with their clients, ensuring a collaborative working mentality which ensures they're able to get to the core of their clients business and meet their objectives.

As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in developing the businesses future. You'll be working with both new and existing clients to secure new work, mentoring other surveyors within the business with the development of their careers and supporting the leadership team with the running of the commercial team and the wider business. You'll also be carrying out the services offered to clients and ensuring the quality of service is in line with the agreed expectations.

Associate Quantity Surveyors considering this position will need to have previous experience working for a building consultancy, providing a combination of pre & post contract services. You'll need excellent communication skills, strong commercial acumen and a natural flair for working closely with clients at all stages of the process.

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will be joining a business that has plans to double in size over the next 5 years.
