Avionic Supervisor

Brief
Avionic Supervisor needed for a multinational defence organisation based in Moray, Scotland who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Avionic Supervisor that takes pride in their work with strong knowledge of Maintenance documentation (I.e., Engineering Support System (ESS) and associated toolsets).
The successful candidate would need to have at least 2 years relevant work experience within the aircraft maintenance environment working at operator/technician level. If you have previously worked in a Supervisor or team leader capacity, that would be a plus!
What the role entails:
Some of the main duties of the Avionic Supervisor will include:
- Ensuring that all assigned maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with all regulatory requirements, QR640, including all associated procedures and standards, and any other applicable Company procedures and standards.
- Liaison with Team Leader to ensure sufficient trained and authorised personnel to undertake the agreed Maintenance Plan.
- Ensuring that all maintenance tasks are conducted IAW approved data using the approved toolsets, with the correct levels of oversight and supervision through appropriate lines of delegation.
What experience you need to be the successful Avionic Supervisor:
- Must have current Typhoon Q Course or Type Course (within 3 years).
- Good knowledge of quality procedures, processes and specifications in relation to Military Maintenance Organisation (MMO - QR640).
- At least 6 months experience working on Typhoon Aircraft.
- Must be eligible for SC Clearance.
