An exciting opportunity has arisen for a BIM Technician with solid modelling skills to join a leading main contractor based in West London. They will join a top name in the construction industry and be involved on a range of high profile projects across the Capital.
The BIM Technician will be responsible for providing information for their tender submissions, live project and clients using digital models and tools to support the estimating and planning teams to quantify material for pricing and planning of works including cut and fill analysis using 3D ground models.
The BIM Technician will be tasked with producing high quality animations and visualisations of construction methods that show how projects will be delivered whilst ensuring tasks will be carried out safely and effectively.

To be considered for this opportunity candidates will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience.
- Excellent skills in digital modelling
- Experienced in 3D modelling and preparing models for 4D simulations
- Proficient in the use of Navisworks, Revit or BIM
- Preferably experience working on civil engineering projects however open to candidates with experience of other types of construction
- Creative thinker with artistic skills for showcasing and presenting work
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills
