Business Analyst / Project Manager hybrid, needed for our award winning client based in Croydon, who are looking to employ an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager, with an in-depth knowledge of Business analysis, Project management, Agile, and strong governance, to manage and deliver technology projects, bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring successful project delivery.

The Business Analyst / Project Manager salary & benefits expectations:

* Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
* 25 day's holiday

Some of the main duties of the Business Analyst / Project Manager will include:

* Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear and concise requirements, which are detailed in user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Develop user stories and acceptance criteria for project deliverables.
* Participate in user testing and provide feedback to development teams.
* Document project requirements and specifications in a consistent and organised manner.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
* Manage project risks and issues, taking proactive steps to mitigate them.
* Track project progress, staff time tracking against projects and report on status to stakeholders.

In order to be the successful Business Analyst / Project Manager and have a chance to gain such an exciting opportunity you will ideally need to have the following:

* Experience in a Business Analyst / Project Manager role
* Strong understanding of Agile project methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, DevOPs, Asana) and business analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Miro, Confluence).
* Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile) is a plus.
* Comfortable presenting ideas to stakeholders
* Experience of working alongside/in development teams
