Business Change Analyst

Business Change Analyst needed for a leading organisation based in East Sussex, who are looking to employ an experienced Business Change Analyst with an in-depth knowledge of business change, change management, analysis, process change, process design, process re-engineering, process mapping & design, transformation, User stories and Agile

Some of the main duties of the Business Change Analyst will include:
* Work closely with key internal departments to define and prioritise business requirements
* Lead the operational improvement process workshops to gather, define and establish business requirements
* Work in partnership with the key internal departments to produce current and future state business process maps and undertake process design and process re-engineering.
* Define and prioritise business requirements, including a holistic view of process, data and tech
* Work closely with IT, System Development, Project Governance, Governance and Client Relationships to ensuring efficient integration with processes
In order to be the successful Business Change Analyst and have a chance to gain such an exciting opportunity you will ideally need to have the following:
* Experience using business analysis techniques, ideally including Requirements Elicitation and Management, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Impact Mapping, Process Mapping and Design
* Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and reasoning skills
* Good IT skills to include knowledge of Office 365, database systems and project management tools
* Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
* Strong workshop and meeting facilitation skills
* Ability to work unsupervised.
