C# Developer needed for a leading defence systems & cyber security organisation based in Malvern who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded C# Developer that takes pride in their work.
The successful C# Developer would desirably be educated to degree level, or equivalent professional/vocational qualification. This vacancy has come about due to growth in demand for our client's product and services, where you will join our exceptional Software Engineering team as a key C# Developer working closely with specialists from across a number of disciplines.
What experience you need to be the successful C# Developer:
Essential:
- Ability to develop software in C# including User Interface (UI) development
- Experience of the Software Development Lifecycle including Agile
- Soft Skills: Communication skills, Report writing, ability to estimate effort, ability to determine activities
- Willingness to learn/ adaptable / self-starter
Desirable:
- Experience of developing in Python
- Experience of developing C# on MonoDevelop
- Experience of using Gtk#
- Experience of network communication - TCP/IP, HTTP, asynchronous
- Knowledge and experience of using with security and encryption protocols
- Familiarity with Atlassian toolset(JIRA, Confluence, Bamboo, GIT / Github)
- Experience of developing on Linux
