Change Manager needed for a leading organisation based in Wallington, Surrey, who are looking to employ an experienced Change Manager to lead IT-driven business change with an in-depth knowledge of initiating, leading and managing technology-led change and technology adoption

Some of the main duties of the Change Manager will include:

* Lead internal and outsourced Technology projects
* Design, develop, deliver, embed and own appropriate quality business improvement and change initiatives
* Engage with business managers to drive the change agenda
* Lead and run one or multiple change programmes
* Drive business value and business outcomes through the management of measurable change management and business transformation interventions
* Advise, coach, manage and mentor team members
* Equip the business with the skills to better manage and sustain change
* Developing innovative, creative and engaging approaches to communications
* Recruiting change champions within the business to help you deliver change successfully
* Host events, training sessions and roadshows to educate the user community
* Drive the continuous improvement culture to create momentum and pace around process simplification, discovery and improvement across the business
* Support business managers in business case build, providing the required analysis and business case benefits methodology & justification support
* Challenge non-fact-based decision making and create both innovative and disciplined ways of working
* Continuously manage proposed changes in project scope, identifying and taking the appropriate actions
* Develop and enhance relationships throughout the organisation, actively managing expectations and monitoring satisfaction levels
* Pro-actively manage stakeholders throughout the change cycle

In order to be the successful Systems Engineer and have a chance to gain such an exciting opportunity you will ideally need to have the following:

* Deep expertise in initiating, leading and managing technology-led change and technology adoption
* Expertise in change management methods and their application, with emphasis on driving measurable business results
* Proven business transformation and change management delivery track record (strong planning and execution discipline; delivering high quality, high impact solutions and interventions)
* Mastery in Agile IT management and Agile IT project delivery (esp. SaaS or digital implementations)
* Strong relationship & stakeholder management skills - proven track record in working as trusted advisor at senior business leader level on critical, complex challenges and influencing effectively at different organisational levels
* Proven track record of playing a "change integrator role" and leading change on an individual, team and organisational level
* Deep business understanding - able to impact business culture and behaviours and processes
* Highly skilled in coaching and developing others
* Courage and determination to challenge current practices and mindsets, challenge senior leaders while maintaining effective relationships
* Independent objective thinker
* Results/outcomes oriented, business value focused
* Confidence and ability to work in high-ambiguity work environment
* Ability to communicate complex, technical ideas to a non-technical audience
* Ability to create business cases
* Experience of risk & issue management
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Recognised project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, AGILE or SCRUM)
* Demonstrated experience in team management and leadership
* Expertise in standard project management software, such as MS Project & Visio.
* Technically competent with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience of working within software development life cycles (SDLC)
