Chartered Building Surveyor or Building Surveyor needed for a multinational organisation based in Southampton who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Chartered Building Surveyor that takes pride in their work.

The successful candidate would desirably be Chartered. If you have any experience working in contract administration and Party Wall maintenance that would be a plus!

What the role entails:

Some of the main duties of the Chartered Building Surveyor will include:

• Providing building surveying support to a number of residential management companies
• Implementing of long-term maintenance programmes
• Assessing the quality of office space and advise improvement options.

What experience you need to be the successful Chartered Building Surveyor:

• The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Core Building Surveying skills and Contract Administration
• Capable of working independently and remotely and possess excellent client interface skills
• This role requires applicants to own their own vehicle and have a full UK drivers license
