An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join a growing, multi disclipine cost & project management consultancy at their smart offices in Leeds. The opportunity would be well suited to a Chartered Quantity Surveyor looking to work on exciting projects for great clients and as part of a friendly and professional team.

The Chartered Quantity Surveyor will be tasked with delivering a variety of projects for clients across the leisure, residential, retail, commercial, healthcare and hotel sectors alongside a growing number of commissions on data centres. The projects are typically valued up to £50m although there will occasionally be opportunities to work on much larger projects. As a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working closely with their inhouse Project Managers, Building Surveyors and the rest of the commercial team delivering a number of services including:

• Offering feasibility advice
• Cost planning
• Procurement advice and contract selection
• Risk management
• Acting as an Employers Agent
• Fund/Bank Monitoring
• Options appraisals

Chartered Quantity Surveyors considering this fantastic role will need to have:

• At least 5 years experience working for a UK based cost consultancy
• Confident when working directly with clients
• Excellent communication skills
• Live within a reasonable commute of Leeds
