I have an opportunity for a Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join an established, independently owned multi-disciplinary construction & property consultancy at their offices in the City of London. The Chartered Quantity Surveyor will be joining a busy commercial team providing pre & post contract duties to clients including hospital trusts, major retailers, schools, colleges, universities and corporate occupiers. As a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, you'll be providing your clients with a number of professional services including:
- Budget and cost planning
- Dispute resolution
- Life cycle costing
- Procurement advice
- Fund monitoring
- Cash flow forecasting

Chartered Quantity Surveyors considering this opportunity will need to have at least 5 years experience in the UK and within a PQS environment. You'll need excellent communication skills and candidates who are chartered with the RICS or working through their APC will be at an advantage.
