£55,000 to £68,000 + car & package
I have an exciting opportunity for a Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join the professional cost management team of a leading construction & building consultancy at their smart offices in Central London. This is a client that has ongoing projects across the UK and USA, some of which include major refurbishments and high profile new builds covering Grade A office space, Mixed use redevelopments, Luxury hotels, Centres of excellence in Research & Development, Conservation Centres, Retail developments and high rise and high specification apartments.
The Chartered Quantity Surveyor will be joining a business that provides a variety of commercial services to clients, some of which include Cost Planning, Life Cycle Costing & traditional cost management. As the Chartered Quantity Surveyor, your role will be to provide advice to the client, stakeholders, colleagues and the contractor in all of these areas. Your first project will be a very high profile, high value regeneration in Central London that includes the redevelopment and regeneration of a large site in Central London covering mixed use, residential and leisure facilities.
