An exceptional and rare oppotunity to join an established and successful propco who are looking to introduce to the team a senior level hire within investments. As the CIO (Chief Investment Officer) it is expected and required that you have experience of working within the property sector, an operational environment, involved in the buying and selling of assets, the transactional side of the industry.

The role will involve taking responsibity for the groups investment strategy and the execution of investment transactions.

On offer will be a competitive, generous, negotiable salary, and will be reviewed on a case by case basis depending on an individuals requirements and expectations. The comp will include a bonus that ranges up to 100%, along with other benefits including health care, life assurance etc.
