Client Success Manager | Media Industry | £35,000 | Permanent | West Sussex

My client, a meida company based in West Sussex, are seeking a Client Success Manager for a permanent role paying £35,000pa.

The Client Success Manager will be the primary point of contact for major clients/key accounts, post-sale.

The post-holder will work closely with the sales team and other internal departments to understand clients' needs and ensure that the delivery of solutions meets and exceeds their expectations

The key responsibilities of the Client Success Manager are:

  • Liaising with key clients
  • Liaising with sales, content, operations and marketing departments; marshalling internal resources
  • Liaising with the operations team to ensure event delivery as specified
  • Developing timelines and enforcing them by influencing clients and internal colleagues
  • Developing a schedule of client deliverables for all major clients/key accounts; owning this schedule internally and ensuring its delivery, across all products and functions
  • Building a bank of freelancers for delegate acquisition and managing them effectively
  • Working with the membership and delegate acquisition team to ensure membership deliverables are achieved
  • Facilitating continuous learning by feeding back client and audience experience to internal teams; advising on new products and offerings in light of client and audience experience

  • Pressure: ability to work easily under pressure and meet multiple deadlines
  • Flexibility: flexibility and a can-do attitude
  • Commercial: Quick to understand a market and how it operates
  • Teamwork: the ability to work collaboratively internally and externally with well-developed interpersonal skills and to thrive on working in a close-knit team
