An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Manager to join a large, privately owned infrastructure & building contractor at their offices in Nottinghamshire. The Commercial Manager will be joining their busy Water business unit which is undertaking a number of projects for clients across the East & West Midlands.
The successful Commercial Manager will be working closely with the Senior Management team and tasked with setting out and implementing a regional strategy to ensure efficient cost control and procurement in order to meet the companies targets. You'll also be monitoring contractual issues, review ongoing project spending & costs, identifying and acting on cost saving opportunities and assisting with the development of your immediate team and others within the business.
