An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Manager to join a leading main contractor delivering a number of key infrastructure frameworks across Berkshire. This opportunity promises a platform for rapid career development, the support of an approachable commercial leadership team and the scope to improve processes and alter the way the frameworks are delivered.
The Commercial Manager will have a small team of direct reports working across 4 areas, all within an hours commute of Reading. The overall role of the Commercial Manager will be to provide robust commercial & contractual guidance to the team, ensuring the frameworks remain commercially viable. You'll also be involved with the personal development of those within the frameworks, acting as a mentor and undertaking yearly reviews and appraisals.

- NEC experience
