Are you a configuration analyst looking to join a market leading supplier? We are currently recruiting for a configuration analyst that has experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment. As a configuration analyst, you will have experience in BOM (Bill of Material) alongside experience with Microsoft Excel.

The role will be focused on maintaining the configurations across core ERP platforms within the business, including change control.

What the role entails:

Some of the main duties of the configuration analyst is

• Create new product/item masters' configurations
• Maintenance of product/item masters' configurations
• Supporting change control of configurations and approvals
• Maintain configuration templates
• Maintain and support associated Excel spreadsheets for configurations
• Maintain purchase parts
• Support supplier-base data updates (lead time & costs)
• Work closely with engineering and operational teams concerning product lifecycles
• Provide configuration governance including exception reporting of risks due to incorrect data
• Generate and design reports, based on data extracted from the ERP

• Understanding of data sets, tables, fields and report design
• Good knowledge of Excel, pivot tables, Xlookup etc.
