Contracts Manager
£50k to £55k + package
We have an opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join a busy, established building contractor in Sussex. Working alongside their professional team, the Contracts Manager will be working on a variety of refurbishment projects across Sussex, many of which are heritage projects for clients including the National Trust, English Heritage and Landmark Trust.
The Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing 2-4 projects across the region with involvement starting from the very beginning through to project handover and completion. The role promises exposure to a variety of exciting projects and a competitive salary & package that includes:
- Starting salary of £50,000 to £55,000
- Petrol allowance or company van
- 25 Days annual leave
- Pension
- Annual bonus
Contracts Managers considering this opportunity will need to have experience working on new build projects and familiar with the construction process from start to finish. You'll need to live within a reasonable commute of their offices and happy travelling between projects across Sussex & Kent.
