Contracts Manager - Refurbishment
c.£75,000 + £6,500 car allowance and package

I have an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join one of the UK's most successful leading providers of refurbished and new build living solutions.

Currently delivering projects from £1m-£20m across their London region with some major contracts, they have seen a fantastic continued increase in both profit and turnover over the last 3 years so now is a fantastic time to join the business and become an integral part of the team.

We are looking for an experienced Contracts manager to join their refurbishment division to ensure the effective management and delivery of a variety of housing association projects across London.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage contracts to achieve targets and be accountable for successful management
  • Ensure programme requirements are meet
  • Work in line with both company and regional objectives
  • Attend pre-contract meetings
  • Be a visibly strong leader of HSQ&E
  • Actively support Business Unit Director and the Operations Manager and the Bid Team
  • Responsible for the delivery of client strategies
  • Lead all the people responsibilities for the team
  • All other Contract Management responsibilities and any other duties reasonably assigned

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in a Contracts Management position
  • Minimum relevant level 6 qualification (NVQ) and/or relevant membership of professional body
  • CSCS and SMSTS
  • Must be able to deliver multiple contacts across a variety of locations
  • Be able to use Quality Managements systems
  • Proficient use of Microsoft office programmes and some knowledge of document management system
  • Valid driving license
