Contracts Manager

Brief
Contracts Manager needed for a multinational utilities' organisation based in London who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Contracts Manager that takes pride in their work with an in-depth knowledge of driving continuous improvement in the hard FM delivery across the contract by working with the operational teams to identify areas for improvement and then implementing appropriate strategies to ensure that the improvement is embedded and sustainable.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a facilities Management role and have a keen interest in Contract Management. If you have a HNC or degree in a building services discipline that would be a plus!

What the role entails:
Some of the main duties of the Contracts Manager will include:
· Drive continuous improvement in the hard FM delivery across the contract by working with the operational teams to identify areas for improvement and then implementing appropriate strategies to ensure that the improvement is embedded and sustainable.
· Influence all elements of operational delivery and utilise their experience in ensuring the service delivery represents excellence and exceeds the customers' expectations
· Develop appropriate strategies to drive continuous improvement across the services being delivered.
What experience you need to be the successful Contracts Manager:
· Commercially aware with experience of working in a PFI environment
· Minimum 3 years' experience in an FM managerial role
· Demonstrate strong leadership and experience of managing managers
· Capable of obtaining DBS clearance
· Ability to build good open and honest relationships with key stakeholders
