A great opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager to join an established and steadily growing fit out and refurbishment contractor at their offices in South London. The Contracts Manager will be undertaking a key role within the business, supporting the senior leadership team with the delivery of projects for both private & public sector clients.

The Contracts Manager will be working closely with a Project Director, site teams and the client supporting all parties to ensure the project is delivered ontime, within budget and to specification. Some of your key duties will include:

• Producing project progress reports and presenting them at client meetings
• Supporting the H&S teams with ensuring your sites are safe and meeting the welfare expectations
• Offering advice and guidance on construction processes
• Work closely with the project planners throughout the project
• Manage any contract related discussions and issues

Contracts Managers considering this position will need to have a minimum of 10 years construction experience for a main contractor, ideally within a Project Management or a Contracts Management capacity. You'll also need to hold a valid driving licence.
