COUPA Systems Administrator

Brief
COUPA Systems Administrator needed for a multinational Defence and Security organisation based nationwide, who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded COUPA Systems Administrator that will be responsible for working collaboratively with internal users to provide Application Support for our Supplier, Expense & Procurement system. This position is also responsible for daily response to issues related to system functions, report authoring and ongoing rollout of systems.
This role is a 6-month contract, with the opportunity for extension and will be a fully remote position.
What the role entails:
Some of the main duties of the COUPA Systems Administrator will include:
- Actively identify opportunities to leverage COUPA functionality to improve efficiency
- Support enhancements and change requests.
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues
- Work with outside Suppliers as needs arise
- Ensure that change control procedures are implemented and used for all production deployments
- Manage weekly/monthly calls with COUPA addressing production issues and enhancements
- Support the finance department when needed.
- Manage common COUPA Admin tasks, Configure Content Groups, Enterprise, Company Codes, Chart of Accounts, approval chains, PO Customizations, Tax codes, PO Transmission methods, understand requirements around requisitions, POs, Invoices and configure workflow, receipts and tolerances, Deploy best COUPA practices.
What experience you need to be the successful COUPA Systems Administrator:
- COUPA Certified
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience related to COUPA application support
- 3-5 Years of computer-related support experience on COUPA
- Experience in P2P Indirect Procurement is mandatory
- Expertise administering and delivering Coupa projects by building approvals, workflows, and complex configurations
- Comfortable communicating with all levels within the organization
