Purpose of the Customer Advisor:
The Customer Advisor will work closely and report to the Customer Strategy Manager.
Some of the main duties the Customer Advisor will include:
You will become part of a busy team working closely with our customers to deliver an outstanding service and ensure that there is 100% customer satisfaction provided at all times. You will be answering customer queries and your role will also involve processing insurance issues, proactively contacting customers, analysing data and resolving all manner of quieries to a high standard
